The party was beyond awesome. The vibe was exactly what our daughter hoped for on her 18th birthday and she had the evening of her dreams. As the friends said goodbye at the end, they all commented “best 18th” they’d been to! … Dan is a role model for anyone who works in the service industry. From our initial enquiry, throughout the planning stage and even during the party itself, he was responsive, patient, friendly, understanding, and totally professional.

We booked this for an amazing celebration with our friends. Steph was incredible and communicative while I was going through the booking process. Shaav and Kasia hosted us and they were absolutely amazing — friendly, generous and professional, and my friends keep telling me what a highlight of the day it was. We used Champagne Tours for a wedding transfer between venues and Dan and his team were incredible! Dan could not have been more helpful or on top of things — from the moment I sent the request through, to confirming the booking, to liaising with TFL and the venues. I attended a 50th birthday party with Champagne Tours and it was honestly an amazing night from start to finish. The bus arrived right on time and was spotless inside. Our driver, Amber, was fantastic — very professional and she drove so smoothly that I didn’t even need to hold on (which says a lot!).

I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t imagine it being so much fun! The photo stop opposite the London Eye was an absolute highlight! A house party on wheels with the added tour of London at Christmas. From my booking experience with Dan through to the night of the event — excellent experience!
