A: We’ve got party buses to suit every vibe! From sleek and stylish to vibrant and lively, our fleet includes options for small, intimate groups and large celebrations. Tell us your party size, and we’ll match you with the perfect ride!
Q: How many people can your party buses accommodate?
A: Our buses can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 70 guests. Let us know how big your crew is, and we’ll make sure everyone has a seat—and a dance floor!
Q: What features are included on the party bus?
A: You name it—we’ve got it! Expect booming sound systems, dazzling LED lights, leather seating, and even bar area stocked with your favourite refreshments. It’s literally a nightclub on wheels!
Plus we’ve got an on board WC for your guests’ comfort. Ensure you and your guests have the PERFECT Party Bus experience.
Q: Do your buses come with a driver?
A: Absolutely! All our buses come with a professional, licensed chauffeurs who knows how to keep the ride smooth and safe while you party away. They’ll do their best to accommodate requests and ensure you have a great time on board.

A: We can accommodate accessibility needs—just let us know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements for your group.

Q: Can we customize the interior for our event?
A: Absolutely! Whether it’s balloons, banners, or themed décor, we’re happy to work with you to make your vision come to life. We’ll probably have events prior and after yours, so it’s best that you bring it all and set it up before the event.
The team aim to get to your pickup at least 15 mins prior to your event time, and they’ll do what they can to help you get the bus ready, pour the drinks, and get the party started making it an unforgettable experience.
Booking and Availability
Q: How do I book a party bus?
A: Booking is easy! Just click this link www.champagnetours.london/booking and add your details, and we’ll get an invoice and booking form sent out to you asap.
In order to confirm your booking for:-
*Drinks Packages* we require
– 50% deposit to confirm your booking
– 50% balance 14 days prior to your event
Dry Hire Events we require
– £300 deposit to confirm your booking
– Remaining Balance 3 days prior to your booking
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: We recommend booking as soon as possible. We’re the best in the business and our calendar is already filling up fast, especially for weekends and holidays. So the sooner you can secure your date the better.
For last-minute bookings, reach out, and we’ll do our best to fit you in!
Q: Can I make changes to my booking?
A: Absolutely, and of course within reason. Adding more people is super easy to do, but changing logistics last minute may be tricky as we typically have multiple bookings each day that might conflict with timings.
We’ll do our best to accommodate you for sure. If there’s something pressing, It’s always better to have a chat on the phone, so feel free to call us on 02070601780 / 07931911841 if there’s anything urgent, or if you wanted to chat through options.

A: Yes, sure. In terms of the amount, it depends on what type of package you’re after:
Drinks Packages

A: It really depends on exactly what you’re after, and sometimes we can give you a better price for having a larger group size, or if your event fits into an existing schedule on the buses.
Generally though for 2 hours of flowing drinks based on a minimum of 22 guests its:
* £39pp – Beers, Bubbles & Softs
* £49pp – Beers, Bubbles, Spirits & Softs
* £89pp – Champagne, Cocktails
Or for Dry Hire events, our base rates are:
* £845 – 2 hours
* £995 – 3 hours
* £1145 – 4 hours
* £1295 – 5 hours
These may be affected by time, date, pickup / drop location, or any other special requests. It’s best that we have a quick chat over the phone to see what’s the best price and package for you. That way it’s far easier to sort you out.
Q: Are drinks included?
A: We have various drink packages available to suit your budget, or you can bring your own beverages if you prefer.
The vast majority of our clients opt for one of our drinks packages as that creates a seamless party experience
Generally for *2 hours of flowing drinks based on a minimum of 22 guests its*:
* £39pp – Beers, Bubbles & Softs
* £49pp – Beers, Bubbles, Spirits & Softs
* £89pp – Champagne, Cocktails
This also includes the usage fee of the bus, so there’s no additional costs, nor service charge to add. It’s phenomenal value in comparison to other event experiences.

Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Yes! Midweek bookings and early-bird reservations often qualify for discounts. Also, depending on the number of guests you bring on board we may be able to give you an upgrade or throw in an extra hour free of charge.
Ask us about our current promotions, group booking offers, or if the team have had a great day they might even sort you out, just cause… Hey if you don’t ask, you don’t get!
Alcohol and Entertainment Policies
Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: You sure can! We’re all about keeping the party flowing, but please drink responsibly.
We prefer to have the alcohol given to our host/esses so they can ensure that no one drinks too much. That way it’s more bottle service, which is a better experience for you and your guests.
But of course, if that doesn’t work for you, then we’re happy to be flexible.

A: No worries at all! We can still offer you a drinks package—you’ll just need to cover the equivalent cost for 22 guests. Alternatively, we can chat about custom options to make sure the drinks keep flowing and the party keeps rocking within your budget!

Our Gold Package (£49pp) is by far the most popular option of the 3, but obviously we have different options to suit your budget.

Q: Do you have Dry Hire or BYOB / Bring your own booze?
Yes for sure, a Dry Hire is based on an hourly hire price. You’ll be responsible for bringing Drinks, Ice, Cups / Flutes, Food / Snacks and anything else. The prices are as follows:
* £845 – 2 hours
* £995 – 3 hours
* £1145 – 4 hours
* £1295 – 5 hours
That includes:-
- Private Usage fee of the bus
- A host/ess to ensure your drinks are topped up, the music is blasting and you’re having the time of your lives.
- Professional Chauffeur to reach the destination safely
- Incredible sound system
- Karaoke option on request
- ’Plug-n-Play’ DJ Setup
- On-board WC for your comfort.
Our *4 & 5 hour* options are by far the most popular option, but obviously we have different options to suit your budget.

Q: Is there karaoke on board?
A: Yes! Sing your heart out with our karaoke setup—perfect for breaking the ice or showing off your inner diva.
For the sake of everyone on board we sing over top of existing Spotify songs. That way for people like me that ‘Sing like a dolphin chasing a speed boat’, we can turn the volume of the mics down, and the music up to keep the vibe of your party going.
Event-Specific Questions
Q: Do you cater for hen parties, birthdays, and corporate events?
A: Yes, yes, and yes! Whatever the occasion, we’ll make sure your event is one to remember. Let us know your event, and we’ll take care of the details.

Q: Can you help with decorations?
A: Most clients are happy with the interiors of our buses so don’t really add decorations to the bus. But, if you’d like to bring balloons or things like that then by all means please do so.
If you do bring other decorations, please could you give the staff a hand to help clean up at the end of your event.
Q: What happens on the bus?
A: With the best sound system and wireless microphones we will ensure your glasses are topped up, as you sip on bubbles or cocktails whilst listening to your favourite music and belting out karaoke songs as we tour the main sights and sounds of London.
Prior to dropping you at the destination choice we’ll stop off at an iconic London site or two to take group photos for your party.
The London Eye is a PERFECT place to have a few pics and videos, bring along some sparklers and have your friends send you off in style on the embankment… It’s perfect!
Back on the bus you hop, then we crank up the music once more, pass round the mics for a singalong or two before continuing your memorable night off the bus… what better way to celebrate her memorable occasion! It’s literally perfect… right?!?
Pickup, Drop-off, and Routes
Q: Where do you pick up and drop off?
A: We can pick you up and drop you off anywhere within London. Obviously the closer to Central London the better as you get to experience more of the sights and sounds, as well as take group pics with iconic London backgrounds.
If there’s a specific pickup or drop off point that’s a little bit further, ie Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta or a private venue then it’s best to have a quick chat over the phone to work out if it’s feasible. Does that make sense?
Q: Can we request multiple stops?
A: Of course! Plan your night and let us know the stops—you’re in control. Having done this for over a decade we’ve got a wealth experience in terms what works and what doesn’t so just let me know and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Q: Can you give me more details on the route?
A: Absolutely! You can design your own route, whether it’s a scenic tour around the city, hitting up key landmarks, or heading straight to a club or restaurant. We can also suggest popular routes based on your event type. Just let us know what you have in mind!
Please be mindful though that we cannot predict traffic, and London’s prone to having roadworks, protests or last minute diversions, so we can never guarantee a route, but we’ll do the best we can to ensure you see the sights, enjoy the music and party like rockstars onboard.
Safety and Rules
Q: Is the party bus insured?
A: Absolutely! All our buses and passengers are the only fully covered ‘Party Bus’ insurance in operation. Safety is our top priority, and we pride ourselves on our safety record.
Q: What happens if someone damages the bus?
A: We know accidents sometimes happen, but damages will incur a fee based on repair costs. We’ll always keep it fair and reasonable.
Rest assured though, we’ve had close to 100,000 people party with us, and less than a handful of those times have had damage to deal with.
That’s why we tend to have our have our host/esses serve the drinks to ensure that people aren’t having too much to drink, and therefore cause damage to themselves or the bus.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Sorry, smoking is not allowed onboard, but we’ll happily make pit stops for breaks.
Where possible, and traffic / protests dependent, we will stop at least once for long enough for those who’d like to get their fix, and obviously for those who don’t to get some fresh air, and perfect pics for their gram feeds.
Customization and Special Requests
Q: Can we add decorations or a playlist?
A: 100%! Bring your playlist or let us know your favorite tunes, and we’ll set the mood for your event. Decorations are welcome too—let’s make it yours! Just please give the team a hand to clean them up afterwards… that’d be greatly appreciated.
Our system works best with Spotify, if you create a playlist and send it to the WhatsApp Group Chat the day before your event, we’ll download and stream it for you whilst you’re on board.
We’ve also got Wifi, so if there’s specific requests or when people are ready for karaoke we can pass out the wireless mics, crank up the music and let the good times roll!
Q: Do you offer themed events?
A: Yes! Whether it’s a ‘Great Gatsby’ night or a neon rave, we’ll help create the ultimate vibe for your celebration. Probably easier having a quick call to discuss this though… 07931911841.
