Some evenings come with their own bottles: a sponsor's product, a client's own cellar, a birthday where someone has already bought the champagne. Dry hire gives you the whole bus, the driver and a host who looks after the group and keeps the night running — you bring the drinks, the cups or flutes and the ice.
If you'd rather not think about the shopping, chilling and carrying, our drinks packages take all of that off your hands, glassware and service included, from £39 per person, and most groups find they work out simpler and better value.

Dry hire, answered
Can we really bring our own alcohol?
Yes. On a dry hire you bring the drinks, along with cups or flutes and ice, and set up at the bar space on board. Your group helps themselves; our host looks after the bus and the running of the night rather than pouring.
Is dry hire cheaper than a drinks package?
Not always. Dry hire is £845 for two hours, a flat fee for the bus, driver and host whatever the group size; once you add the cost of buying, chilling and carrying drinks, glassware and ice for a full bus, a package is often the better value. We’ll happily quote both so you can compare.
Do we still get a host?
Always. Every hire, dry or packaged, comes with a driver and a host on board. On a dry hire the host manages the bus, the music and the group rather than serving drinks; bar service is part of our drinks packages.
Can we mix — bring some of our own and add a package?
Yes. A common option is a drinks package for the main bar with a client’s own champagne or branded product alongside. Ask when you enquire.
How much drink should we bring for 70 people?
As a rough guide, plan for two to three drinks per guest per hour, plus cups or flutes for everyone and enough ice to keep it all cold for the full hire.
Is there a corkage or service charge?
No separate corkage. Your quote covers the bus, driver and host.
