Kids & teen party bus packages – what’s included
Every under-18 booking is a fully supervised, alcohol-free private hire. The whole bus is yours, and here is what comes as standard:
- Private hire of our luxury double-decker party bus, with two decks of lounge seating and dance floor space
- A DBS-checked driver and on-board party host
- LED disco lighting, karaoke and a sound system with a playlist built around your child’s favourites — Disney, K-pop, chart hits, whatever they’re into
- Age-appropriate games and music, agreed with you in advance
- A pre-planned London route with pick-up and drop-off wherever suits you — home, school or a central meeting point
- Space for your own cake, party food, decorations and gift bags; soft drinks can be arranged on request
- Parents welcome to ride along or meet the bus at either end
We run the bus and the logistics; you bring the birthday child and the guests. If you’d like to add your own entertainer, magician or face painter, we’ll make room on board and plan the timings around them.
Kids’ party bus pricing
Our daytime kids and teen rate is:
- £595 for one hour on board
- £695 for two hours on board
The daytime rate applies to bookings any time on weekdays and Sundays, and to Saturday bookings that finish before 4pm. It isn’t available over the Christmas period, when the buses are booked out with office parties. If you need a Saturday evening slot, or a date in December, get in touch and we’ll quote it as a standard private hire.

How a kids’ party bus works
1. Pick a date and duration
One hour suits younger children and a straightforward loop of the sights; two hours gives older kids and teens time for a longer route, karaoke rounds and a proper dance-off. Tell us the age group and we’ll suggest which works better.
2. Choose a theme
Princess, superhero, disco, glow-in-the-dark, VIP club night (mocktail edition) — or something of your own. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations; we’ll help you dress the bus before the guests arrive.
3. Send us the playlist and the guest list
We build the music around what your child likes and confirm the number of children and adults on board so the host can plan the games.
4. Plan the pick-up and route
We collect from a single point — your home, the school gates or a central London location — and drop back to the same place or somewhere different. Routes are pre-planned and timed so the party ends when it’s meant to.
5. Turn up and enjoy it
Our host runs the games and the music; the driver handles London. Parents can sit upstairs with a coffee, join in downstairs, or wave the bus off and meet it on its return.

- Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens – a scenic wind-down after the games

We can also collect from and drop to a venue, so the bus becomes the journey to a restaurant, cinema or activity centre as well as the party itself.
Safety on board
We know this is the first question every parent asks, so here is how we run under-18 bookings:
- Our drivers are fully licensed PSV drivers and DBS-checked, and the party host is on board for the whole booking
- No alcohol is permitted on any under-18 event, without exception
- Routes are pre-approved and time-monitored so the bus is where it should be, when it should be
- We take a parent contact sheet before the party and keep emergency protocols and a first aid kit on board
- Parents are always welcome to travel with the group

What ages is the party bus suitable for?

How many children can come?
The bus is a genuine double-decker with two decks of seating, so large classes and whole-year groups are no problem. Tell us your numbers, including adults, and we’ll confirm the set-up.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes. Bring the cake, party food and decorations and we’ll help you set up before the guests arrive. Soft drinks can be arranged on request.
Do parents need to stay on the bus?
No — our host and driver are on board throughout — but you’re very welcome to ride along, and many parents do.
Where does the bus pick up from?
Anywhere in London that works for you: your home, the school, or a central meeting point. We can drop back to the same place or to a venue.
Can we book a Saturday evening for a teen party?
Yes, but Saturday evenings and December dates fall outside the daytime rate and are quoted as a standard private hire. Contact us with your date and we’ll send a price.
